Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.
Replacement - replacement orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving




Returns / Exchange : We do not offer any returns / exchange unless you receive a product in damaged condition, we will dispatch a replacement for the same item.

In such cases, please get in touch with us on contact.curatedcuriosities@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with your order number and pictures of the issue. Product must be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase. Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by you.

In the event of a failed delivery due to the customer being unreachable or refusing to accept the parcel, Curated Curiosities assumes no responsibility for refunds or additional charges for reattempted delivery. In such cases, a credit note will be issued only upon the product's return to us.

Please note cash/monetary refunds are not provided. They are eligible for store credits only. Any additional charges for shipping or gift wrap packaging, if paid cannot be reimbursed.

Repair: In case a jewellery piece is accidentally damaged by the customer, we will be happy to repair it for you. 

Curated Curiosities come with a 1-month warranty, where pieces will be repaired for FREE within 1 month of delivery. In case, the repair request is raised post 1 month of delivery a repair fee of ₹500/- for earrings and ₹1200/- for bags (PAN India) will be charged.

Please Note: Repairs are subjective to the design of the particular piece. When a request is raised, our support agents will let you know if the damage is repairable or not.

Cancellation:Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Request you to mindfully place an order with us as each Outhouse piece is carefully handcrafted & we iniate the production as soon as we receive an order.

3rd Party Store: If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Curated Curiosities, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
